The ActiSleep System With three simple steps, the ActiSleep System accurately measures a patient’s sleep/wake patterns and overall sleep quality in any environment. Once the ActiSleep monitor has been initialized, the patient simply attaches it to their wrist before getting into bed. For each day of wear, they must then keep a log of their in and out of bed times.
